INSTRUCTORS
 
David Robson, our Horticulture Instructor, is a retired horticulture and pesticide safety specialist with the University of Illinois.  A graduate of Iowa State University and University of IL, he has taught for more than 37 years.  He is an NGC Master Judge and Flower Show School and Symposium instructor, teaching Horticulture and Flower Show Procedures. He worked on the 2017 Handbook for Flower Shows, and the NGC Horticulture Exhibiting and Judging book.  He currently serves on the NGC Board of Directors as Chairman of the Plant American Project.
 
Trece Chancellor, our Design Instructor, is a National Garden Club, Inc. Accredited Master Flower Show Judge. She is an instructor for the National Garden Club Flower Show Schools.  She teaches Design, Flower Show Procedure, and Symposiums. 
 
Trece is a member of the Summerville Garden Club of Phenix City, AL and the Phenix City Federated Garden Club.  As a member for over 45 years she has held many offices in these organizations. She is a member of the South Georgia Judges Council, Alabama Council VI Flower Show Judges, Deep South Region Board of Directors and National Garden Club, Inc. Board of Directors. She is Former President of the Garden Club of Alabama, Inc. 2013-2015. Trece is proud to have designs in National published books Designs Made Easy, Holiday Happenings, Creative Floral Designs Step By Step, Designing By Types, and Designing the American Way.
 
Mrs. Chancellor and her husband Jack live in Phenix City, Alabama.  They have two sons, a daughter, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
